Q: Where is your company located?

A: In Tokyo.

Q: Do you visit the other region of Japan to install antennas?

A: Yes, we do. We visit often Osaka, Nagoya area and Niigata area. Besides we have visited Miyagi and Okinawa.

Q: How long does your job take to complete installation the set no.1?

A: It takes about 4 hours for the set no.1. For the other sets, it takes 6~8 hours.

Q: Do you guarantee?

A: Yes, we guarantee our JOB for 1 month from the installation.

Q: Is your installation of antenna strong enough against winds such as typhoon?

A: Yes. We do all kinds of ways to make it strong against big winds. Still no complaint since we started the service.

Q: My receiver has stopped working...

A: It occurs by the several reasons. For example, your antenna has stirred, there's something wrong with the converter, the cable is torn off, some errors with settings of receiver, etc. What you should do at first is turning off the receiver and pull out the plug. Then wait for a while and turn the receiver on again. If nothing would be better after that, just contact us, we're glad to help you.

Q: How much is monthly payment?

A: Currently, we provide only one kind of pay TV service (Russian TV). All of the other TVs are free. You just need to pay for the equipments and installation at the beginning.

Q: Is it possible only one or some of channels in pack have gone?

A: The packs we install are mostly free TV. The owners of the packs have rights to do with it whatever they want like changing frequencies, moving to the other satellite, scrambling channels, changing the code of scramble, etc. But usually they tries not to do so easily, they do as necessary technically for good service.
